LEGALISASI


 Legalisasi merupakan kegiatan mengesahkan tanda tangan pejabat yang telah melakukan pengesahan atas sebuah dokumen dan tanda tangan pembuat dokumen yang dilakukan di hadapan pejabat yang berwenang dan bukan melegalisasi isi dari dokumen tersebut.

 

Dokumen resmi yang dapat dimintakan legalisasi pada KBRI Budapest adalah : 

1.                  Akta Kelahiran

2.                  Akta Kematian

3.                  Pernyataan/Akta Notaris

4.                  Akta Nikah dan Cerai

5.                  Ijazah

6.                  Surat Kapal

7.                  Surat Ijin Mengemudi

8.                  Surat Keterangan Kesehatan

9.                  Surat Kuasa

10.              Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian

11.              Certificate of Origin (Dokumen Ekspor Impor)

12.              User Certificate

 Prosedur : 

a.       Pemohon mengisi formulir permohonan legalisasi melalui form aplikasi online

b.      Pemohon mengirimkan dokumen yang akan dilegalisasi melalui jasa pos tercatat disertai amplop balasan atau dibawa langsung untuk diserahkan kepada petugas konsuler KBRI Budapest

c.       Pemohon membayar biaya legalisasi melalui transfer bank ke rekening konsuler KBRI Budapest dan menyerahkan bukti pembayaran tersebut bersamaan dengan pengiriman dokumen yang akan dilegalisasi.

d.      Proses legalisasi dokumen akan diselesaikan dalam waktu 1 (satu) jam sejak dokumen diterima oleh bagian Konsuler KBRI Budapest.
