Yes, this is 100% true. First, palm oil does not contain any other materials except palm juice. To obtain palm oil, the palm juice just goes under warming process, squeezing and purification.

 

Hence, the texture of the palm oil is so soft in room temperature and it does not give smell.  So it does not need under hydrogenation process and adding preservative material.
