On December 6 and 8 November 2010, the Embassy held art exhibitions of traditional Indonesian dances and music performed by Padjadjaran University art team at the Royal Palace in Godollo and Csokonai Cultural Center in Budapest District XV.

INDONESIA art performances amaze and dazzle Hungarian community 08 Februar, 2011 On December 6 and 8 November 2010, the Embassy held art exhibitions of traditional Indonesian dances and music performed by Padjadjaran University art team at the Royal Palace in Godollo and Csokonai Cultural Center in Budapest District XV. On December 6 and 8 November 2010, the Embassy held art exhibitions of traditional Indonesian dances and music performed by Padjadjaran University art team at the Royal Palace in Godollo and Csokonai Cultural Center in Budapest District XV. The traditional Indonesian dance and music exhibited received a warm welcome with exciting applauses from the audience. Padjadjaran University art team showed a remarkable skill during the one and a half hour of their performances in both places. Royal Palace Godollo could not even able to accommodate the spectators who were present to witness these performances. Likewise at Csokonai culture center, the performances received a standing ovation. The ticket price apparently did not discourage the spectators as the seats were fully booked and even the organizers had to add seats to accommodate the increasing number audience. Present during the exhibitions were the Indonesian Ambassador and Mrs. Maruli Old Sagala, Mayor Godollo, Mr.Gyorgy Gemesi and Deputy Mayor of Budapest, Mr. Miklos Csomos, foreign diplomats and friends of Indonesia and Hungarian citizens who love Indonesian culture. During the exhibition in Hungary, the team performed 7 different traditional dances and Arumba music as well as "How to play the Angklung" at which the audience was given the angklung music instrument and invited to learn to play the Angklung with the song "You raise me up" and "Heal the world ".

In the objective promotion of culture, the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia pick one of the prestigious State University of Indonesia, University of Padjadjaran to held this event.
